This Privacy Policy explains how Apexor Analytics & Consulting Pvt. Ltd. (“Apexor,” “we”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit our websites, create an account, or use our Services. It is written primarily for the United States.
This policy covers information we handle as a business — about site visitors, prospects, and account holders. Separately, when our customers use the Platform to manage their own leads and contacts, we act as a service provider and handle that “Customer Data” on their behalf under the Data Processing Agreement, not this policy.
1Information we collect
- Account & contact information — name, business name, email, phone, and role, when you sign up, request a demo, or call us.
- Billing information — plan, transaction records, and limited payment details handled by our payment processors (we do not store full card numbers).
- Usage & device data — log data, IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, and feature usage, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Communications — messages, support requests, and (where you contact our sales line) call details.
- Customer Data you upload — handled under the DPA as described above.
2How we use information
We use personal information to provide, maintain, and improve the Services; set up and bill accounts; respond to inquiries and provide support; secure our systems and prevent fraud or abuse; send service messages and, where permitted, marketing (you can opt out); and comply with law. We use AI features to operate the product; see Section 4.
3Cookies & analytics
Our marketing site uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, analytics, and advertising measurement (which may include the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics). You can control cookies through your browser settings. Where required, we present a cookie choice and default to the more privacy-protective option.
4AI processing
Some features use artificial intelligence — for example lead scoring, drafted emails and messages, chatbots, and AI voice calls — provided through AI vendors acting as our sub-processors. Data sent to these vendors is used to generate the feature’s output for you; we do not permit them to use Customer Data to train their general models except as allowed in the DPA. AI outputs can be wrong; review them before relying on them.
5How we share information
We do not sell personal information for money. We share information with:
- Service providers / sub-processors who run the Services on our behalf (see the DPA for the current list — hosting, database, file storage, email, SMS/WhatsApp, AI, maps, and payments);
- Professional advisors and, in a merger or sale, a successor entity; and
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
6Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know the personal information we collect and how we use it, to request access to or deletion or correction of your personal information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. We collect the categories described in Section 1 (identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, and similar) for the business purposes in Section 2.
We do not “sell” personal information, and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CPRA, except for the standard advertising-measurement cookies described in Section 3, which you can opt out of through your browser or our cookie controls. To exercise a right, email consulting@apexoranalytics.com; we will verify your request and respond within the time the law allows. You may use an authorized agent.
7Marketing email & text (CAN-SPAM / TCPA)
Marketing emails we send you include an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-outs. If you give your number, we may send account and service messages; message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out of texts. Communications you send to your contacts through the Platform are your responsibility — see the Terms, Section 7.
8Data retention & security
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes, then delete or de-identify it. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access controls, tenant isolation, and least-privilege practices. See our security & data-isolation overview. No system is perfectly secure.
9Children
The Services are for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
10Changes & contact
We may update this policy and will post the new “Last updated” date. For privacy questions or requests, contact consulting@apexoranalytics.com or +1 (917) 936-0110.
This policy describes current practices and is provided for transparency.
