This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which you may request cancellations, refunds, or modifications. This policy is designed to meet compliance standards required by payment processors and merchant service providers.
1. General Policy
Apexor Analytics provides digital marketing, lead generation, appointment setting, consulting, website development, chatbot creation, and advertising services.
Because these services involve time, expertise, and digital deliverables, refunds are limited.
By purchasing any service from Apexor Analytics, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Monthly / Subscription Services
You may cancel any ongoing monthly service with a 30-day written notice.
No pro-rated refunds are provided for partial months.
Services remain active until the 30-day period ends.
2.2 One-Time Projects
If you cancel before work begins, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
If work has already started, cancellation is allowed but refunds will be reduced based on the work completed, billed at the hourly or project rate.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Eligibility (Before Work Begins)
You may request a full refund only if:
No work has started, and
No assets, drafts, campaigns, or deliverables have been created.
In such cases, a 100% refund will be issued.
3.2 Non-Refundable Services
Due to the nature of our work, the following services cannot be refunded once initiated or delivered:
Lead generation campaigns
Appointments generated
Ads campaign setup or management
Website or chatbot development after the initial draft is delivered
Digital strategy documents or consultations
Marketing funnels
Any service after the first deliverable has been shared
3.3 Revisions Instead of Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the delivered work:
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We will offer reasonable revisions or corrections at no additional cost.
Refunds are provided only when revisions fail to meet the agreed scope, and only at the discretion of Apexor Analytics.
4. Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Refund Terms
Since results depend on external factors outside our control (market conditions, customer behavior, ad performance, etc.):
No refunds are provided on leads or appointments once delivered.
Invalid or fake leads (if applicable) may be replaced, not refunded.
5. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
Before initiating a chargeback, customers must:
Contact us at consulting@apexoranalytics.com and allow 5–7 business days for resolution.
If a chargeback is filed without following this process:
All services will be paused immediately.
Apexor Analytics reserves the right to present documentation of completed work to the payment processor.
Any costs associated with dispute resolution may be billed to the client.
